To enable us to provide the most efficient and reliable removal service, we ask that you attend to the following conditions:

AREA COVERED

Currently we service the Melbourne and Metropolitan areas for online bookings.

Other areas may be possible by negotiation with a telephone booking

PROOF OF OWNERSHIP

Please provide a copy of your vehicle registration papers, purchase receipt or old insurance papers as proof that you are the owner of the vehicle.  Leave it with your key (see below).

VEHICLE ACCESS

Place your vehicle either on the street, in your driveway or on the front nature strip, to ensure clear access for our tow truck to collect your vehicle.

KEY LOCATION

Place the vehicle key in the glovebox, under the mat, or in the place you nominate, together with the "Proof of Ownership" documentation as defined above.

NUMBER PLATES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please remove your number plates and return them to your local registration branch for a possible refund.  Remove any personal belongings from the car, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss thereof.

YOUR ATTENDANCE

It is not essential that you wait around for your vehicle removal, unless there are specific access restrictions to the vehicle.  You may go about your normal day's activities - we will take care of the removal in your absence.

BOOKING ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to reject any booking at our sole discretion. We denote our booking acceptance during our confirmation telephone call to you.
